I'm posting on behalf of a close friend who is looking for a caring, reliable, and experienced nanny to help care for her newborn twins—a baby boy and a baby girl. She is open to either part-time or full-time support, depending on the right fit. Previous experience caring for newborns (especially multiples) is highly preferred. The primary responsibility will be providing attentive, loving care while she is out of the house for a few hours each day, including managing feeds, diaper changes, soothing, and ensuring both babies are protected, happy, and well cared for. She has no expectations for housekeeping or household chores—her priority is finding someone who is nurturing, patient, organized, and confident caring for two newborns.
