The work includes fuel hauling, load security, equipment inspections, documentation, and regular communication with dispatch. Drivers work independently across varied road, weather, and traffic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport and deliver fuel to commercial, retail, and marina customers
- Secure cargo and complete loading or unloading procedures
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
- Maintain logs, bills of lading, and required TDG documentation
- Report delivery, mechanical, vehicle, and customer concerns to dispatch
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 driver's license
- Ability to drive a standard 18-speed transmission
- Two or more years of fuel hauling experience
- Three or more years in a Class 1 driving capacity
- Secure driving record and strong commitment to safety
