About the Role
The Field Service Representative is responsible for managing and executing all service-related activities within an assigned territory. This role ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and delivers high-quality technical support to customers. The position combines hands-on technical troubleshooting, customer engagement, and training delivery to support both operational performance and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate all field service activities for assigned customers and territory
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues using technical documentation and diagnostic tools
• Conduct customer site visits and provide remote technical support as required
• Monitor, document, and resolve equipment downtime cases in a timely and effective manner
• Deliver technical training to customers and internal teams on product operation, maintenance,



and troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and training documentation
• Identify opportunities to support service sales, including parts, repairs, and training services
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to support equipment delivery and customer onboarding
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and cost-control expectations
• Maintain and promote SINOBOOM’s brand reputation through high-quality service delivery Qualifications
• Technical diploma in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field
• Fluent in English (required)
• Fluent in French (preferred but not required)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance and repair of aerial work platforms or similar industrial equipment
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational abilities
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned region
• Self-directed, proactive, and able to work independently in the field Required Skills
• Advanced troubleshooting of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic capability
• Ability to deliver clear and effective technical training Preferred Skills
• Prior experience with aerial lift or construction equipment manufacturers
• Exposure to service sales or aftermarket support processes
• Experience working in a multi-regional or OEM service environment This is a remote position.
