BDO Canada LLP in Toronto seeks a Senior Associate, M&A; and Capital Markets to join our Advisory team. This replacement role supports high-impact transactions and client outcomes through rigorous financial analysis, market research, and deal materials.

You will lead preparation of teasers, CIMs, management presentations, financial models, and target lists; supervise junior staff and liaise with sellers, buyers, accountants, and counsel. Travel within Canada and North America may be required.
