Job Title: Test Technician
Job Description
As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for assembling sub-systems or products for evaluation and test. You will evaluate and test components, sub-systems, or products by following established methods or developing new test strategies as needed. Additionally, you will assist in the development or commissioning of test equipment and recommend or implement refinements to existing procedures, techniques, and test methodologies or equipment.
Responsibilities
Assemble sub-systems or products for evaluation and test.
Evaluate and test components, sub-systems, or products using established methods or by developing new test strategies.
Assist in developing or commissioning test equipment.
Recommend and implement refinements to procedures, techniques, and test methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during testing processes.
Collaborate with engineering teams to refine test plans and methodologies.
Calibrate and maintain testing instruments and tools.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to testing processes.
Recommend ways to refine or optimize existing designs.
Essential Skills
2+ years of experience as an electronics technician.
Technical diploma or certification in a relevant field.
Strong ability to perform root cause analysis.
Proficient in test equipment operation and assembly.
Understanding of schematic design and assembly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with root cause analysis techniques such as fishbone analysis.
Knowledge of experimental design methodologies.

The facility is exceptionally clean and organized. The position offers a flexible day shift, with options to work from 7-3, 8-4, or 9-5.

Pay and Perks
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $34.86/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
