Extendicare is seeking an experienced Registered Practical Nurse to provide patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care setting in Ontario. The RPN will perform direct resident care, administer medications, and document care per provincial standards.

The role requires current RPN registration in Ontario, BCLS and First Aid certifications, and strong communication and care coordination skills. Part time position with competitive hourly compensation in a supportive team environment.
