This role involves participating in the design, configuration, and implementation of core contact center components such as call routing (IVR), Natural Language Understanding (NLU/NLP), and Conversational AI bots. They define the target solution's architecture, ensure proper integration with other systems, and stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend improvements and automation opportunities within the Genesys Cloud ecosystem.
