What You'll Do
In this role, your primary focus will be facilitating recovery, improving function, and supporting successful return-to-work outcomes for individuals with occupational injuries and activity-related soft tissue disorders. You will provide evidence-based occupational therapy services including:
• Functional and workplace assessments
• Return-to-work planning, coordination, and monitoring
• Graded work simulation and rehabilitation programs
• Individual and group education sessions
• Goal setting and progress monitoring
• Employer,



physician, and referral-source communication
• Job site visits and job coaching
• Documentation and interdisciplinary case management You will work within a collaborative team of:
• Occupational Therapists
• Physiotherapists
• Kinesiologists
• Counsellors
• Physicians

Qualifications
• Registered (or eligible for registration) with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia
• Experience in vocational rehabilitation, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, active rehabilitation, or exercise therapy is considered an asset
• Ideally 2+ years of Occupational Therapy experience
• New graduates and candidates with less than 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
