- Remote We are seeking an experienced professional to support business development and client engagement within the personal and professional development sector. This remote role is suited to someone who is comfortable communicating with prospective clients, conducting introductory conversations, following up professionally, and working within a structured business development process. Role Structure This is an independent, self-directed remote role. Compensation is performance-based and is not structured as a salary or hourly wage. Access to established training, business systems and ongoing professional development resources is available. Successful candidates will be comfortable taking ownership of their own activity, follow-up and results.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and engage prospective clients through individual marketing,



outreach and business-development activity Conduct introductory conversations to understand individual goals, interests and suitability Build rapport through thoughtful questions, active listening and professional conversation Share relevant information and resources in a clear and professional manner Maintain timely and consistent follow-up with prospective clients Work within an established business development and communication process Maintain organized records of conversations, activity and next steps Participate in ongoing personal, professional and leadership development Preferred Background Experience in one or more of the following areas may be beneficial: Business development Client or customer relations Sales Marketing Communications Financial or professional services Insurance Project or operations management Leadership or management Consulting Entrepreneurship or self-employment Transferable professional experience is welcomed.
