Our Toronto-based client is hiring a Senior Project Manager / Release Management Consultant for a 6-month hybrid contract, with a possible 6-month extension. Must Haves:
• Minimum 7 years of experience delivering IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions in large, complex enterprise environments
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including configuration, customization, administration, and ITSM implementation
• Extensive Release Management experience, including release planning, scheduling, governance, risk assessments, dependency management, and deployment coordination
• Experience implementing ServiceNow Digital Product Release Management (DPRM) or equivalent Release Management solutions
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Change Management, CMDB, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines
• Robust knowledge of ITIL, ITSM best practices, ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and reporting
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
