Role Description The Remote Business Development Partner is a contract role responsible for expanding My Rebirth Journey’s reach and impact by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients and partners, conducting discovery conversations, and presenting services aligned with personal development and transformation goals. The role involves developing and managing a pipeline, coordinating follow-ups, and collaborating on proposals, partnership agreements, and program offerings. The Business Development Partner will work closely with leadership to refine messaging,



contribute to growth strategies, and provide feedback from the market. This is a remote position, requiring proactive communication, self-management, and consistent alignment with the organization’s mission and values. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in Sales and Consulting, with the ability to identify client needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Background in Leadership Development and Training, particularly in personal development, coaching, or transformational programs.
• Robust Project Management skills to oversee partnership initiatives, track progress, and coordinate deliverables.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across diverse audiences.
• Comfort working in a remote, contract-based environment with minimal supervision and clear accountability.
• Experience in wellness, coaching, personal development, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Ability to use CRM tools, online communication platforms, and basic productivity software effectively.
• Relevant education or certifications in business, coaching, leadership, or a related discipline are a plus.
