Role: Lead Full Stack Engineer – AI

8+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer with strong Java/Python backend development, React frontend expertise, and hands-on knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications while collaborating with AI data scientists and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of scalable full-stack applications.
• Develop backend services using Java or Python, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Build modern React applications using micro-frontend architectures and reusable UI components.
• Design and integrate GenAI solutions, LLMs, prompt engineering, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Collaborate with AI data scientists on data ingestion and feature engineering.
• Deploy and manage applications using OpenShift, Kubernetes, and S3 Object Storage.




• Optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and database performance.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and drive engineering best practices. Must-Have Skills
• 7+ years of backend development experience in Java or Python.
• Robust experience with REST APIs, microservices, React, and micro-frontends.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and GenAI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or Claude Code.
• Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and S3 Object Storage.
• Strong PostgreSQL database design and performance-tuning skills. Nice-to-Have Skills
• Spec-driven development.
• Camunda 8 development and customization.
• Vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
