Role Description The Door to Door Lead Generator is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB. This position involves canvassing residential neighborhoods, engaging homeowners in professional and courteous conversation, and identifying potential clients in need of exterior restoration services. The Door to Door Lead Generator will explain Avalon Construction’s services, gather contact information, and set up appointments for the sales or project management team. The role includes recording and updating lead information, following established routes and daily targets, and collaborating with team members to optimize outreach.



The individual will represent Avalon Construction professionally, maintain knowledge of current hail and weather events, and adhere to all safety and company policies while working in the field. Qualifications
• Robust interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills to engage confidently with homeowners at the door.
• Sales, canvassing, and lead generation abilities, including experience meeting outreach or performance targets.
• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about residential exterior construction (e.g., roofing, siding, windows) and insurance claim processes.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills for tracking leads, appointments, and daily activity.
• Ability to work on-site in various weather conditions, walk long distances, and manage a physically active day.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently while following company guidelines and scripts.
• Availability for full-time hours, including evenings or weekends as needed to reach homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are an asset.
• Previous experience in door-to-door work, construction, or home improvement industries is beneficial but not required.
