Job Description
/ Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of direct Project Management experience, including leading large-scale projects and teams
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• IT background with Waterfall project delivery experience
• Experience selecting/deploying recent software or integrating existing systems
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, standards, processes, tools, techniques, and methodologies
• Experience proactively managing changes in project scope
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High level of energy and engagement
• Self-directed with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to build consensus among groups with different priorities
• Experience with Quality Assurance and testing methodologies




• Proficiency with project management software/tools
• Strong awareness of privacy and confidentiality
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills while managing multiple initiatives Assets
• Project Management certification such as PMP or PgMP
