Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager. About the Engagement Akkodis is seeking a Senior Software Developer with extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, platform strategy, public sector, and system administration. The assignment will combine hands-on development with strategic platform leadership, solution architecture, roadmap planning, technical governance, platform administration, integration, automation, and continuous improvement. The consultant will also design, implement, and continuously enhance technical solutions by translating business and technical requirements into working, tested applications, while troubleshooting technical issues and supporting implementation, conversion, deployment, and migration activities. Scope
• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, support, and continuously improve scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and operational requirements.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, integrations, automation solutions, portals, and platform enhancements.
• Support ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions and portal development.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs,



Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and other applicable ServiceNow capabilities. Assignment Deliverables
• Design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions, custom applications, integrations, workflows, portals, and automation capabilities.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, solution designs, configuration documentation, test cases, deployment documentation, and operational support materials.
• Provide strategic ServiceNow platform leadership, including architecture guidance, platform roadmap development, modernization planning, and technical public sector.
• Conduct solution-design and architecture reviews to ensure platform solutions align with established standards and long-term business objectives. Expertise Required Must Have:
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, Common Service Data Model (CSDM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), integrations, data models, security, and public sector.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
• Experience developing custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, automation solutions, and platform enhancements.




• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/DevOps methodologies, testing, deployment, and code-management practices.
• Ability to design, develop, support, and continuously improve scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet business and operational requirements.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including demonstrated experience in solution architecture and platform public sector. Nice to Have:
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification in ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, IRM, or an equivalent specialization.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR).
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification would be a strong asset. Security Clearance No. Important This is a business-to-business engagement. Candidates must represent an incorporated entity, hold a valid business number, maintain appropriate insurance, and invoice for services rendered.
