SALES DIRECTOR Lead growth. Build relationships. Shape the future. We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to join our leadership team and play a key role in accelerating business growth. YOUR ROLE
• Develop and execute PREP/Wikov's North American sales and business development strategy.
• Identify new markets, customers and cross-selling opportunities across Wikov Group companies.
• Lead and develop the sales team while driving revenue, pipeline and profitability targets.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, partners and OEM, industrial and aftermarket accounts.
• Lead pricing and contract negotiations, with accountability for margins and commercial risk.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations and Finance to deliver commercially viable technical solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM, forecasting and account-planning practices.
• Represent PREP/Wikov at customer meetings, trade shows and industry events. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Senior B2B sales experience in engineered products,



manufacturing, industrial services or capital equipment.
• Proven success in business development, strategic planning and complex sales cycles.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and commercial judgment.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into viable PREP/Wikov solutions.
• Experience working across business units and countries in a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency with CRM, forecasting and key-account planning.
• Technical or business education is an asset.
