We're looking for a motivated, analytical, and highly organized CRM & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing iGaming team. About the role
Reporting to the Director of iGaming and working closely with the CRM & Front End Manager and Graphic Designer, the CRM & Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, execution, and analysis of CRM campaigns, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives across Pure Casino Online. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational and analytical skills with a genuine interest in casino gaming and sports. We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, willing to roll up their sleeves, and excited to contribute beyond their day-to-day responsibilities in a fast-paced, growing business.

Key Responsibilities
CRM & Player Engagement
· Support the setup, scheduling, testing, and execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other digital channels.
· Work closely with the CRM & Front End Manager to execute player engagement, retention, and reactivation initiatives.
· Assist with audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and automated player journeys.
· Coordinate player communications supporting promotions, new game launches, sportsbook events, and ongoing engagement initiatives.
· Conduct campaign quality assurance to ensure accuracy, functionality, and timely delivery. Marketing & Promotional Execution
· Support the planning and execution of online casino and sportsbook promotions, contests, and marketing campaigns.
· Coordinate creative assets, promotional copy, landing pages, and campaign materials with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
· Maintain marketing calendars,



campaign schedules, and project trackers.
· Assist with website content updates, promotional placements, and casino game merchandising.
· Coordinate onsite marketing activations at Pure Casino properties across Alberta, working with property teams on event logistics, promotional materials, signage, and player engagement initiatives.
· Support initiatives that connect land-based guests with Pure Casino Online, including onsite promotions, registration awareness, and campaign activations.
· Support broader marketing projects and initiatives as business needs evolve. Analytics & Reporting
· Monitor and analyze CRM campaign performance, promotional results, and player engagement metrics.
· Assist in preparing reports and identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
· Track campaign performance against key metrics, including engagement, conversion, retention, and promotional participation.
· Use data and performance insights to recommend improvements to campaigns and player communications. Marketing Operations
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders, creative teams, agencies, and platform partners to ensure timely campaign execution.
· Support quality assurance of marketing communications and onsite promotional content.
· Ensure promotional materials adhere to brand guidelines, internal approval processes, and applicable gaming regulations.
· Assist with day-to-day marketing operations, troubleshooting, and other priorities as required. Qualfications & Experience
· 1–3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, marketing coordination, or a related field.
· Strong interest in and knowledge of casino games, sports, and sports betting.
· Previous experience working in the gaming or iGaming industry is preferred.




· Experience working in a marketing agency or broader digital marketing environment is considered an asset.
· Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Optimove, Xtremepush, or similar tools is considered an asset.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
· Proficiency with Excel and comfort working with data, reporting tools, and performance dashboards.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
· Experience with content management systems, digital marketing tools, or promotional campaign execution is an asset.
· Residing in Alberta is preferred, with a willingness to travel periodically within the province to support onsite marketing initiatives and activations.
