Employment Type: Full-Time HCLTech is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven QA Analyst with strong hands-on experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with developers, QA leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products in a fast-paced setting. If you have a passion for software quality, defect analysis, and end-to-end testing, we'd love to hear from you Required Qualifications ✔ 8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. ✔ Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including test planning, test case design, execution, and reporting.



✔ Hands-on experience testing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) and web-based applications. ✔ Expertise in end-to-end testing, regression testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, and feature validation. ✔ Experience with defect tracking, bug triaging, and test result analysis. ✔ Experience working in distributed teams with offshore/onshore collaboration models. ✔ Proficiency with test and defect management tools such as Jira, TestRail, Quality Center (ALM), Bugzilla, or similar platforms. ✔ Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
