- Technical Project Manager The Iteration Manager serves as the technical project manager, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of the Genesys Cloud migration. This role involves planning, coordinating, and managing all technical aspects of the project, from initial design and configuration to deployment and post-launch support. They are responsible for leading the project team, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring that the migrated solution meets all technical requirements and business objectives, while acting as the primary point of contact for all technical stakeholders.
