Daily Responsibilities
• Review pending account transfer requests and communicate with external financial institutions via phone call and email for status updates and resolve transfer issues.
• Handle approximately 60–70 accounts per day. Essential Program/Technology/Software Knowledge
• Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word for basic day-to-day functions. Must-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, Certifications, Qualifications, Designations
• 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent OR High school diploma or equivalent AND 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven setting.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Bilingual in French/English. Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, Certifications, Qualifications, Designations
• Account transfers experience.
• Experience working in a financial institution.

Languages
• English – fluent in written and verbal communication.
• French – fluent in written and verbal communication. The expected base salary range for this position is $19 – $20 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
