Responsibilities:
• Reviewing Accounts Payable invoices for accuracy, necessary approvals, and proper coding;
• Creating Accounts Payable Invoice batches with minimal errors and within vendor payment terms resulting in no late fees;
• Maintaining great customer relationships by responding quickly and accurately to both internal (employee) and external (vendor) questions and requests for information;
• Full cycle Accounts Payable processes;
• General filing, scanning, and mail sorting;
• Provide support to other departments and the business as needed;
