Role Description The Financial Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC. In this position, the individual will engage with customers in person and by phone to understand their financial needs, present lending options, and guide them through the application and approval process. The role involves assessing basic financial information, explaining loan terms and conditions clearly, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.



The Financial Sales Representative will build and maintain customer relationships, follow up on leads, meet sales and service targets, and contribute to a positive, inclusive branch setting. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Financial Services to understand lending products and basic credit concepts.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and explain financial information clearly.
• Candidates should possess demonstrated Sales skills to identify customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and achieve performance targets.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in retail banking or consumer lending, proficiency with standard office and CRM software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A high school diploma is required; post-secondary education in finance, business, or a related field is an asset. Fluency in English and French is strongly preferred.
