Role Description This is a temp spot , on-site role to be able to run all 3 peaces,Haul Truck, Big Loader, and 16 Grader Operator located in Iroquois Falls, ON. The role involves safely operating haul trucks, large wheel loaders, and motor graders to move, load, and level materials according to project specifications. Day-to-day tasks include performing pre
- and post-operation equipment inspections, following site plans and directions from supervisors, and maintaining protected work practices in compliance with company and regulatory standards. The operator will work closely with other crew members to coordinate traffic flow, material placement, and grading activities, while keeping equipment clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.



The role may also include assisting with basic site duties such as spotting, signaling, and supporting other equipment operations as needed. Qualifications
• Proven experience operating haul trucks, big loaders, and motor graders (16 grader) in construction, mining, or heavy civil environments.
• Strong knowledge of safe heavy equipment operation, including pre-trip inspections, lockout/tagout basics, and adherence to site safety rules.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, site maps, and grades, and to communicate clearly with supervisors and crew members.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physically active tasks over extended shifts.
• Valid driver’s license; heavy equipment operator certification or tickets are an asset.
• Previous experience in earthmoving, road building, or industrial sites in Northern Ontario considered an advantage.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-focused environment with a commitment to safety and respect on site.
