We help businesses modernize their operations by implementing integrated systems, streamlining business processes, and improving operational efficiency. As we continue to expand our ERPNext implementation projects, we are looking to collaborate with an experienced ERPNext Implementation Specialist on a contract basis.

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on ERPNext Implementation Specialist to support the successful delivery of client ERPNext projects. The ideal candidate has practical experience in ERPNext implementation, business process analysis, system configuration, data migration, and user training. You will work with our internal project team and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective ERPNext solutions. This is a project-based opportunity, with contract scope, deliverables, compensation, and timelines agreed upon before each engagement. Successful collaboration may lead to additional projects.

Key Responsibilities
1. ERPNext Implementation & Configuration
• Support end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects, including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.
• Configure ERPNext modules such as Accounting, Sales, CRM, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, and Project Management.
• Translate client requirements into ERPNext workflows, configurations, and functional solutions.
• Configure user permissions, approval workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to use standard ERPNext functionality before recommending custom development. 2. Business Process Analysis
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.




• Review existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare business requirements, workflow documentation, and functional specifications.
• Recommend ERPNext configurations that support operational efficiency and scalability.
• Identify implementation gaps, dependencies, and potential project risks. 3. Data Migration & System Integration
• Support data preparation, cleansing, mapping, migration, and validation.
• Coordinate ERPNext integrations with accounting systems, CRM platforms, inventory systems, and third-party applications.
• Work with technical developers on customizations, scripts, APIs, and integrations when required.
• Ensure migrated data and configured workflows meet agreed client requirements. 4. Testing, Training & Go-Live Support
• Prepare and execute functional testing plans.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client stakeholders.
• Resolve configuration issues and coordinate fixes for technical defects.
• Conduct end-user training and system demonstrations.
• Prepare user guides, SOPs, and implementation documentation.
• Provide go-live and agreed post-implementation stabilization support. 5. Project Delivery & Communication
• Collaborate with the PLATFOME AI project team to deliver agreed milestones and project outcomes.
• Participate in implementation meetings and provide progress updates.
• Maintain project documentation, issue logs, and implementation status reports.
• Escalate scope changes, blockers, and risks in a timely manner.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed acceptance criteria and client expectations. Required Qualifications
• Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing ERPNext for businesses.




• Strong understanding of ERPNext modules and core business workflows.
• Experience participating in complete ERP implementation lifecycles.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Experience with data migration, system testing, and user training.
• Understanding of accounting, purchasing, inventory, sales, and operational processes.
• Solid troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage assigned deliverables and coordinate with project stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience implementing ERPNext for manufacturing, distribution, or service-based organizations.
• Familiarity with Frappe Framework, Python, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Experience with custom ERPNext workflows, reports, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with multi-company, multi-currency, and Canadian accounting or tax configurations.
• Knowledge of ERP deployment, permissions, and security best practices.
• Experience working with multiple clients in a consulting or contract environment. Contract Arrangement
• Independent contractor engagement based on agreed project scope.
• Project timelines and deliverables established in advance.
• Remote collaboration with occasional meetings where required.
• Compensation negotiated based on scope, complexity, and experience, with the applicable range included in the public posting.
• Potential for ongoing collaboration on future ERPNext implementation projects.
