Thornhill Compensation: CA$19.77 / hour Description Reena is actively looking for Contract, Part time Recreational Support Workers (RSWs) to work within its Community Outreach programs. As an RSW, you would provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Work Schedule: The Recreational Support Worker role is a Temporary Contract role. Shifts: 7 working days: December 21, 22, 23, 24, 29, 30, 31 (closed for Stat holidays) Shift timings: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM If you are passionate about making a difference and available for the above shifts, we encourage you to apply. Job Responsibilities
· Design and implement recreational activities for individuals with developmental disabilities
· Reinforce social and life skills
· Participate in mandatory meetings and training Qualifications Requirements
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years and older.
• Possession of a valid G license preferred, but not mandatory.




• Comfortable with driving Reena's van for transportation purposes (if applicable) Qualification
• Background related to child care, education, social work, psychology, social services, child and youth worker
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Flexible and adaptive to change
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
