CAD $95,000–$115,000/year + performance bonus About ServyGo ServyGo is a Canadian local-services marketplace that connects customers with service providers across Cleaning, Lawn & Ground Care, Snow Removal, and Commercial Property Services. Our goal is to make property services easier to access while helping service professionals grow their business through a simple and reliable marketplace. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Partner Success Manager to build strong relationships with our service providers, improve partner experience, and support the growth of the ServyGo network.

About the Role
As a Partner Success Manager, you will manage the full partner journey, from onboarding and activation to ongoing support, performance monitoring, and retention. You’ll work closely with service providers and internal teams including Operations, Marketing, Customer Support, and Management to ensure our partners have the tools, information, and support they need to succeed. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, relationship-focused, comfortable working with data, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with ServyGo service providers.
• Support new partners through onboarding, activation, and platform processes.
• Serve as a key point of contact for partner questions and operational issues.
• Monitor partner performance, responsiveness, service completion, and customer feedback.




• Identify inactive or underperforming partners and develop actions to improve engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner and customer-related issues.
• Maintain accurate partner records, follow-ups, status updates, and documentation.
• Help expand ServyGo’s provider network across different service categories and locations.
• Support provider recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives.
• Track key Partner Success KPIs and prepare regular performance updates.
• Collect partner feedback and help improve internal workflows and processes.
• Support marketplace operations during high-demand periods, including winter and Snow Removal season. Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Vendor Management, Marketplace Operations, or a related role.
• Strong communication, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable managing multiple partners and priorities at the same time.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience working with KPIs, reports, and performance data.




• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of responsibilities.
• Comfortable with meetings, follow-ups, presentations, and professional partner communication.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM, or project-management tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment. Nice to Have
• Experience with a marketplace, SaaS company, home-services business, or digital platform.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, or independent service providers.
• Knowledge of Cleaning, Landscaping, Snow Removal, Property Management, or Commercial Services.
• Experience with tools such as Slack, ClickUp, HubSpot, Notion, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Management, or a related field.
