We're Growing Our Network of Independent Freelance HR ProfessionalsPeak Performance Human Resources Corp. is looking to connect with experienced, independent HR professionals to join our growing network of consultants and support clients across a variety of industries. Since 2012, Peak Performance HR has provided flexible, customized HR consulting and recruitment services to small and mid-sized businesses across Canada, the U.
S., and internationally. We partner with organizations that need access to experienced HR expertise without the commitment of a full time hire. We are currently seeking independent professionals with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
• HR Generalists / HR Consultants – HR advisory, employee relations, policies and procedures, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.
• Licensed Recruitment Specialists – Full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and talent acquisition. Candidates must hold the applicable licence required to provide recruitment services in Ontario.
• Payroll & Benefits Specialists – Payroll administration, group benefits, benefits administration, and related HR processes.
• Outplacement Specialists – Career transition support, resume development, interview coaching, and job search assistance.
• Compensation Specialists – Salary benchmarking, compensation structures, job evaluation, pay equity, and total rewards strategy.
• Who We're Looking For
• Experienced HR professionals with a minimum of 10+ years related work experience and a proven track record in their area of specialization.




• Independent consultants who are comfortable managing client assignments autonomously.
• Strong communicators who prioritize responsiveness, professionalism, and client service.
• Professionals who can adapt to different client environments and business needs.
