Dental Administrator Opportunity Available

Dental Choice is looking for a confident, personable, and motivated Dental Administrator to join our team.

Location: Dental Choice

Full-Time Hours

- Monday - 10am to 6pm
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8am to 4pm
- Friday - 8am to 3:30pm

What You’ll Do

- Welcome patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note
- Deliver friendly, engaging, and exceptional customer service
- Manage patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payments with accuracy
- Work alongside a team providing General Dentistry and Invisalign
- Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and patient follow-ups
- Support patient retention, reactivation, and overall practice growth
- Help keep the day running smoothly in a busy, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of Dental Administrator experience
- Dental Administrator Certificate required
- Knowledge of Curve software is an asset
