- Brantford is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our growing team in BRANTFORD, ON. Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as required
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes to the care team
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Assist with medication reminders and adherence to care plans

Requirements:
• Valid Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate from an accredited Ontario program
• Previous experience in home care, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred




• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license to travel to client homes in Burford and surrounding areas
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a care team
• Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) required or willingness to obtain
