We have an immediate opening for Inside Sales. This position will play an integral role in communicating with clients in the region. The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar position and have a professional manner with the ability to deal with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients to receive purchase orders and product inquiries
• Create Customer Orders
• Expedite orders by communicating with scheduling, production and shipping
• Monitor status of orders to ensure delivery timelines are on track
• Keep clients updated on the status of orders
• Prepare customer quotes as needed
• Manage customer relationships
• Other administration duties as required Education and

Experience:
• Completed post-secondary education in business related field or equivalent experience
• Sales experience in the wheel/tire industry or service/parts industry an asset Other Skills & Abilities
