We’re seeking a Senior Living Associate to join our Cedar Springs PARC team in North Vancouver. As a Senior Living Associate, you represent our values and offerings, assisting the Senior Living Specialist in executing plans to achieve and maintain full occupancy of PARC residences. This includes:
• Collaborating with the community’s General Manager and Senior Living Specialist on sales strategies and activities that maximize occupancy at all times.
• Conducting scheduled and unscheduled tours for prospective residents, families, guests and other visitors.
• Participating in PARC’s cross-referral sales program to generate qualified leads across residences.
• Collaborating on and hosting presentations, events, open houses and in-person sales activities as directed by the Senior Living Specialist.
