About the Opportunity The Grower Helper – Section Grower role is a Growing department student opportunity focused on hands-on greenhouse crop production. Working closely with the Section Grower or Head Grower, you’ll support daily crop care activities while contributing to a crop improvement project – gaining exposure to production practices, crop monitoring, and trial-based decision-making. Placement length and timing are flexible and can be set up to meet your school’s work-integrated learning requirements (typically 4-, 8-, or 12-month terms).
