Job Description
Based in Montreal, you’ll help deliver reliable digital promotions for some of the world’s largest loyalty programs. In this permanent role, you’ll turn complex requirements into well-configured, tested, and launch-ready commerce experiences. What You'll Be Doing You’ll gather and confirm promotion requirements with Partner Strategy, Marketing, and Delivery, as well as loyalty program partners, then configure solutions and coordinate their deployment. You’ll apply disciplined quality assurance practices to catch issues before launch while keeping teams and stakeholders aligned on progress, risks, and decisions. You’ll work across multiple teams, re-prioritize as business needs change, and sometimes adjust your hours to support collaboration with teams in the UK, Middle East, and Singapore. With AI integrated into the environment, you’ll use it thoughtfully to accelerate repetitive work, improve quality, and support problem-solving, with human judgment and validation. What You Bring
• Experience working in a managed solution or SaaS environment, with the ability to translate requirements into accurate configurations.
• Robust attention to detail and practical quality assurance and testing habits.
• Clear communication across multiple stakeholders, with the ownership to move work forward and find solutions as priorities change.
• Experience with Salesforce or JIRA, exposure to software development, familiarity with HTML, CSS, FTP, or related web technologies, and bilingual or multilingual capability are assets.
• You’ve explored AI concepts or AI-powered tools and can recognize their limitations, validate their outputs, and use them thoughtfully.
