This experienced Civil Foreman position supports heavy civil projects for municipal, institutional, and private-sector clients. You will supervise crews, equipment operators, and subcontractors while coordinating excavation, grading, site preparation, watermain, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer work. The position requires accurate drawing interpretation, production tracking, and safety leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily civil construction activities against project schedules
- Lead crews, equipment operators, and subcontractors onsite
- Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and deliveries




- Enforce WorkSafeBC procedures and conduct toolbox talks
- Report progress, resources, and site issues to management

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of civil construction experience
- Previous Foreman or Lead Hand experience preferred
- Knowledge of excavation, grading, and underground utilities
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and survey layouts
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation required
