Family Transition Place in Orangeville, Ontario, is seeking a Housing Support Worker for the HART Hub Dufferin to deliver Housing First focused support, increase housing stability, and prevent evictions. You will perform housing case management, engage landlords, identify opportunities, and help clients secure and maintain secure housing.
The role reports to the HART Hub Manager and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated services.
