We are seeking an experienced and reliable Windows & Doors Installer to join our installation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient installation of residential windows and doors while maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, remove, and install windows and doors according to specifications. Ensure proper sealing, insulation, leveling, and finishing. Inspect job sites for safety and material readiness. Follow installation guidelines and manufacturer standards. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and perform final site cleanup. Communicate professionally with customers and supervisors. Identify and report installation issues or material defects. Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 1 years experience in windows and doors installation (preferred). Strong knowledge of installation techniques and materials. Ability to read measurements and blueprints. Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Basic understanding of construction safety practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Skills & Competencies: Attention to detail. Time management.
