March of Dimes Canada in Sudbury, ON is seeking a full-time Brain Injury Support Worker (Rehabilitation) to join our Outreach Program. Salary is $23.35 per hour, including a $3.00/hour Ontario wage enhancement for direct client support, with 35 hours per week and a adaptable schedule.

The role involves implementing individualized support plans, aiding daily living, cognitive skills, and community integration. Responsibilities include reporting and training, while following organizational policies.
