Process invoices and reconcile accounts as an Accounts Payable Clerk with Preszler Injury Lawyers in Toronto's full time hybrid workplace.

This hands-on accounting role supports the firm through accurate invoice processing, payment issuance, reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping. You will work across multiple entities, payment methods, currencies, and deadlines while protecting confidential information and maintaining financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record vendor invoices, credit card expenses, and reimbursements
- Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Issue cheques, EFTs, and wire payments
- Maintain PAD/EFT activity and USD exchange adjustments
- Support remittances, filings, billings, and organized records

Requirements:

- Minimum two years' accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience
- Understanding of general ledger coding and accounting controls
- Accounting software experience; Soluno is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong accuracy, organization, judgment, and confidentiality
