RONA is seeking a detail-oriented Production Planning Analyst / Short-Term Planner to support the Distribution Operations team in Boucherville. This hybrid role focuses on creating and executing short-term labor and production plans by analyzing daily sales forecasts and inbound/outbound volumes.

You will coordinate with Operations, Transportation, and Supply Chain teams to balance capacity with demand, maintain budget discipline, and ensure timely, accurate shipments across the distribution
