Fairmont Banff Springs seeks a Fairmont Gold Supervisor with front desk leadership and exceptional guest service in Banff's alpine destination. Deliver personalized service in the hotel within a hotel.
This supervisor role supports discerning guests through personalized, anticipated service. You will oversee Fairmont Gold reservations, coordinate arrivals and departures, and respond to requests or concerns. The position also includes front desk duties, concierge information, and lounge standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, courteous responses to guest requests and concerns
- Deliver personalized Fairmont Gold guest experiences
- Perform front desk, posting, check-in, checkout, auditing, and reporting duties
- Review reservations and coordinate VIP arrivals and departures
- Maintain food and beverage standards while assisting Lounge Attendants
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of previous front desk supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Micros-Opera Property Manager, Word, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication with solid attention to detail
- Royal Service or guest recovery experience with excellent recovery ability
- Hotel Management or Hospitality program graduation is an asset
