- Monday to Friday, 7pm to 3am
- Friday to Tuesday, 7am to 3pm

Job Summary

The Operations Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the logistical aspects of operations within the company. This includes managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services throughout the supply chain. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate logistics activities:

- Plan, organize, and manage the logistics operations to ensure the timely and efficientmovement of goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to ensuretimely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in compliancewith regulations.

Transportation and distribution:

- Coordinate transportation activities, including route planning, carrier selection, andshipment scheduling.
- Ensure the proper packaging, labeling, and documentation of goods fortransportation.
- Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Process improvement:

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhanceoperational efficiency.
- Streamline logistics processes to minimize lead times and improve overall customersatisfaction.

Compliance and risk management:

- Ensure compliance with local, national,



and international regulations governinglogistics operations.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize disruptions to the supply chain.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments to ensure compliance andoperational excellence.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- GDP experience an asset.
- Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in a coordinator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficient in using logistics software, such as inventory management systems andtransportation management systems.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work overtime or monitor shipments during off hours.
