As a Recruiter, you will manage assigned requisitions from intake through onboarding while serving as a primary candidate contact. You will steward Empire Life's brand, partner with hiring managers, and engage post-secondary institutions. The position requires recruitment tools, HRMS or ATS knowledge, and confident communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned requisitions from intake meetings through candidate onboarding
- Build talent pipelines using social media and referral programs
- Maintain transparent candidate communications throughout hiring processes
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders on staffing needs
- Ensure accurate HRMS or ATS reporting and recruitment metrics
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Two-plus years of full-cycle recruitment experience or relevant corporate experience
- Experience with LinkedIn and application tracking systems
- Robust communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
- Effective organization and time management under tight deadlines
