Do you love fitness, thrive in a team environment, and get energized by helping others crush their goals? Orangetheory Fitness is looking for a dynamic, passionate Group Fitness Coach to join our coaching team.

What You'll Do

- Lead high-energy group workouts using Orangetheory's science-backed training program.
- Coach and motivate members of all fitness levels to push beyond their limits.
- Provide individualized corrections, modifications, and encouragement to ensure a safe and effective workout.
- Create an engaging, supportive, and fun studio environment.
- Assist with member introductions and help new clients feel welcomed and confident.
- Represent Orangetheory's culture of positivity, teamwork, and results.

What We're Looking For

- Current fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, CanFitPro, ISSA, or equivalent).
- Current CPR / AED certification.




- Experience in group fitness, personal training, or athletic coaching preferred.
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- Ability to bring energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to every class.
- Flexible schedule — mornings, evenings, weekends.
