Biogen Canada seeks a Commercial Associate Intern with commercial project and cross-functional coordination skills for a 12-month internship.

Starting January 2027, this internship provides hands-on exposure to commercial strategy, business operations, customer and market insights, and project management. You will support Canadian affiliate initiatives while building knowledge of biopharma and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support commercial projects through planning, coordination, execution, and tracking
- Maintain databases and organized document archives
- Develop presentations, reports, meeting materials, and training resources
- Prepare agendas, record decisions, and follow up with stakeholders




- Coordinate training sessions and track learning completion

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related studies
- Solid interest in biopharma, healthcare, and patient engagement
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Fluent written and verbal English; French proficiency is an asset
