ABL Employment is seeking a detail-oriented Installation Technician, Lead Hand to join their team in Canada. You will lead the installation of fascia signs, channel letters, vinyl, pylons, canopies, and awnings, review drawings and site surveys, and ensure project execution meets client specifications.

Responsibilities include safely transporting equipment, operating platforms and cranes, maintaining records, and mentoring teammates.
