The Healthy Babies, Healthy Children Worker at M'Chigeeng First Nation provides direct child and family support for children 0-6 and carries out AHBC program goals. This regular full time role emphasizes home visiting, service coordination, and referrals within MFN and incorporates traditional culture in service delivery.

Reporting to Health Services, the worker collaborates with the Partner in Parenting Coordinator, Community Health Nurses, and the Community Wellness Worker under Nursing
