Lead Tier 1 supervision at Manulife Wealth Inc. with Cantonese and Mandarin fluency in a hybrid Vancouver role requiring regional travel.

The Senior Field Supervision Manager supports CIRO-registered advisors and high-value or high-risk offices. This position conducts complex reviews, manages escalations, and strengthens compliance knowledge. You will partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations while guiding advisors and Field Supervision Associates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Approve daily, monthly, and quarterly trade reports
- Review current accounts, KYC updates, suitability, and exceptions
- Handle high-risk products, vulnerable clients, conflicts, and advertising
- Conduct onsite and annual branch reviews




- Support complaint investigations and regulatory inquiries

Requirements:

- Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin
- Three to five years of CIRO supervision or related compliance experience
- CIRO Supervisor and Registered Representative registration
- CSC, CPH, and Investment Dealer Supervisors Courses completed
- Strong regulatory knowledge, judgment, and stakeholder communication skills
