Visit.org is seeking an experienced Freelance Event Specialist for in-person events in Toronto, Canada. The role requires being based in the city, coordinating logistics, and serving as the day‐of on‐site hands on the ground to deliver engaging team-building experiences for social impact.

You will join planning meetings, manage setup and teardown, handle check-in, and troubleshoot issues on site. The position is contract per event with flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and offers
