Lead enterprise project delivery in Toronto through integrated planning, risk management, and governance across Scotiabank’s GTB portfolio. Coordinate business, technology, and vendors.

As Senior Delivery Manager in the Enterprise Delivery Office, you will support Director-level leadership across complex programs. You will lead project execution, manage dependencies, and maintain delivery plans across multiple workstreams. The work includes Agile, hybrid, and waterfall environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead planning and execution for GTB portfolio initiatives
- Coordinate stakeholders, dependencies, deliverables, and expectations
- Maintain schedules, RAID logs, and integrated delivery plans
- Manage risks, issues, mitigation strategies, and recommendations




- Prepare reporting for Director and VP-level forums

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Seven-plus years of project or program management experience
- Experience leading complex technology or business delivery initiatives
- Hands-on Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodology experience
- Robust communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
