Deliver person-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Arbutus Care Centre in Vancouver, coordinating assessments and treatments.

Reporting to the Director of Care, this full-time LPN provides goal-directed, patient-focused care within provincial standards. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain documentation, and support resident dignity and well-being. The position includes care coordination, medication administration, and family education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct resident assessments and maintain accurate care documentation
- Implement and evaluate care plans as required
- Administer medications and treatments under applicable policies
- Coordinate care with physicians, teams, and service providers




- Respond to condition changes and medical emergencies

Requirements:

- Current provincial or state Licensed Practical Nurse registration
- Senior care or long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Robust clinical knowledge and care coordination skills
- Electronic documentation and Microsoft Office proficiency
